Flat Iron Steak

We ordered 4 sampler packs to give as Christmas gifts and received two cartons containing everything just thrown in, we now have to divide it up ourselves and find boxes to deliver the meat in. The burger patties were not in even packs some had nine burgers some had six. The steaks were all different sizes and we were short one steak. we also feel you missed out on giving promotional paper work with each order to share with others.

We had recently purchased a "combo" from Carney Wagyu, with some Flat Iron Steaks among the selections. The Steaks were juicy, flavorful, and just plain awesome! We have also eaten a few of their hamburger patties, and have not been disappointed with them either.
